7 Months Old and Still Growing

Two days ago I reached the ripe old age of 7 months. Now let me tell you with the age of 7 months comes a lot of wisdom. Like sitting up is better than laying down. Applesauce is way better than peas. And my big brother is just plain goofy!

Seriously though. I can now sit up all by myself. I can kinda roll over from my back to my sides. I can scoot on my back to get a toy. I am eating oatmeal, rice, fruits, and veggies everyday. Applesauce, sweet potatoes, and bananas are my favorites.

I laugh like you wouldn't believe. Usually I am laughing at my brother. He's got great material. A true comic genius. I also love to be kissed and tickled by Mommy.

I am about 25 inches in length and according to Mommy I weigh about 18 lbs. She weighed me with her, so as long as her math isn't faulty and she isn't lying about her weight...I'm 18lbs.

I love my dog Bongo. He is a lot of fun to watch and pet. I have a favorite blue blanket with a side I just have to sleep with and yesterday I got a new car seat. Okay, I guess you are all caught up on me now.

Love to all! Parker Bennett

I'm Sitting Up!!!

Well, I'm just a little over 6 months old now and I'm sitting up by myself. Yes sir, I can do this all by myself. So "nannananana"!

This is me thinking about the trouble Bryce and I can get into in months to come....

"So Bryce what are we going to do today." "Why the same thing we do every day Parker...try and drive Mommy to the brink of insanity"

She's in so much trouble.

I call this pose....DROOL HAPPENS!

Okay admit it ... go on ... you are thinking it...this kid is stinkin' adorable...how in the world can he possibly be Steven and Amanda's. I know you're thinkin' it.

Uncle Dave and Aunt Robin

After Christmas Mommy, Daddy, and Bryce took me to meet my Uncle Dave and Aunt Robin. They are my Godparents. Just like Bryce has Aunt Sheila and Uncle Clint.

Anyway they are so very cool. Aunt Robin gives the best kisses in the world. Uncle Dave is pretty silly and very good at bouncing the bouncy seat. Oh and Aunt Robin snorts alot, so does Uncle Dave it is so funny.

In this picture we were out on Venice Pier. Bryce and their son JP were running around like crazy boys. But I was enjoying snuggeling with my Aunt. But next time...I'm going to be running around with Bryce and JP. Just you wait.

Aunt Robin loves Snoopy. Isn't this a cool picture behind us. This is the day we left. Unfortunatley, I got sick and we had to leave a day early. I really wanted to spend more time with them, but Mommy and Daddy needed to get me to the doctor. I hope they come and visit me here in AZ in the spring.
When we got to Culver City we had to go right to Venice Beach. The best Italian garlic knots in the western US are there. A little place called C&O Tratoria. Yummmmy! I got to have one for the first time. I loved it. I think I drooled on 2 of them. We won't discuss how many Daddy ate though....he really loves them. Just wait 'till next time...I may not share.

My First Christmas

What in the world is going on here??? I've never seen so many toys before in my whole life. Not to mention all the really cool boxes, bows, and colored papers. I was on baby overload! What do you think of my hat??? I liked it on...but chewing on it was so much more fun.
I spent a lot of time helping Bye-O open gifts on Christmas day. This time she got the gift away from me and gave me my toy trucks from Grandma and Pa. Boy is she sneaky. I'm going to have to watch her more closley from now on.

Okay...now I know my Bye-O is just plain silly. Pa says she's a squirel bait. I'm not sure what that means but Mommy says if you think about it long enough you'll get it.
So here is my new toy from Santa. Isn't it cool. Oh I mean the thing with the ladybug. The other toy is my Auntie and I've had her around since the day I was born. Auntie came over and spent the morning with us on Christmas day because Uncle Will had to work. I guess people still need groceries on Christmas morning. I think they should plan better.
